Vanity Planet is known for its high-quality skincare devices, and the brand wanted to launch a line that felt inclusive and welcoming to men, who are often overlooked in the beauty industry. The name "Onyx" was chosen to reflect this inclusivity, as it suggests a masculine aesthetic without excluding women who may also be interested in the products. The hope was to break down the stereotype that skincare is only for women.

I was responsible for planning and organizing the shoot from start to finish. This involved overseeing every aspect of the project, from concept development and model selection to prop placement and wardrobe styling. My goal was to ensure that the shoot ran smoothly and successfully, and that the final images accurately reflected the creative vision for the campaign.

The launch of the Onyx collection, which features black-colored products, gave us the opportunity to experiment with a wide range of textures.

We played with everything from skin and foam to natural materials and rough textures like cement. This allowed us to create a visually striking and cohesive aesthetic for the collection while capturing the essence of the Onyx collection.

It was important to align the content and design promoting the Onyx Collection with the overall aesthetic and messaging of the brand.
